Let’s Get the Ball Rolling

Here is a high-level agenda of what we will cover in our first meeting. A lot of this information you will know already and it’s time to start thinking about the rest. We don’t have to lock everything in at this point, but we will start to formulate things and a picture will begin to emerge. The meeting is also a good time to workshop any ideas you have to personalise your day.

Here’s what we’ll cover

  • We will sign and witness your Notice of Intended Marriage as well as you Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage [I will prepare this!]

  • We will run through the base ceremony structure and talk about how you would like different sections to play out.

    We can get creative, beginning to think about any extraordinary additions you would like to include.

  • We will start to note which music you would like to accompany your day. We need songs for walking up the aisle, walking back down the aisle together and during your signing ceremony.

    We will discuss any roles your friends and family are taking during the ceremony - ring bearer(s), witnesses, ushers, readers etc.

    At this point we will also lock down any tricky pronunciations and preferred names.

    I have a thorough checklist to run through and it really helps if you have any run sheets or information from other suppliers.
